Just went for a 2 hour bike ride burnt 350 cal so says my watch counter thingo.

i have put on weightm and lucky me it goes straight to my face and my hips. But no im sick of having a body i feel like i have to hide , sick and tired of being disgusted by it. Im gonna get happy again. Going to loose weight AGAIN.
Im in the worst mood, but shouldnt that be the best time to do exercise?
I think so, gonna stop feeling sorry for myself tonight.

MY 8 WEEK PLAN
started today.
My diet consists only of the good stuff;
Veggies and meat mostly. Cutting out all dairy, all high loaded carb foods, and sugar obviously. Alcohol - NONE.
It’s time to get stuck into this shit.
And this is some exercises I’ll be doing in the one hour cardio sesh.

Too bad im currently just coming off my lady time and look bloated, BUT STILL
